As a licensed professional counselor, I believe healing and wholeness is in your hands. I am here to walk with you through this journey. Whether you are struggling as a teenager in school, a young adult seeking purpose, a woman in your singleness journey, or simply exploring other facets of your identity--- I am here to guide you on your path. If you can show me a glimpse of who you are, the struggles of your life, then I will show you some ways that you can be healed. This is YOUR journey, YOUR healing, YOUR path, and I am here to walk with you. Not to label you or focus on your weaknesses, but to work together to transform your life with what makes you unique. As we walk on this journey together, we will use mindfulness strategies, reflective practices, and exercises to help you look deeper to renew your mind, then transform your life. I am here to help teenagers, young adults, and single women. Some available services for middle aged women, based on request and availability. I'm here to join your journey!
