Sometimes...there is a season of being alone. Such seasons can be scary, invigorating, confusing, or a mix of it all. This group is for women who are encountering such a season and would like to connect with others, learn communication skills, and build confidence.
This is for women who are 20+ and is offered both in-person (Hartford) & virtually. Free 10-15 minute consultations are available. Email or call to learn more about cost/insurance or other details.
